In The San Diego Area For 2008"

Jay Anthony, broker and owner of Anthony Real Estate in Escondido, has been awarded the coveted FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent award in 2008.  Only 7 percent of San Diego agents and brokers are chosen for this award by an independent third-party company. More than 23,500 nomination ballots were mailed to San Diego area residents who had recently bought or sold homes.  They were asked to nominate only agents whom they knew through personal experience, and to evaluate them based on nine criteria: Customer Service, Communications, Find the right home, Integrity, Negotiation, Marketing the home, Knowledge, Closing preparation and overall Satisfaction.  Before being finalized, the list was reviewed by a blue-ribbon panel, consisting of realty company executives, professional and trade association officers and others directly involved in housing-related businesses.
